A 12-week program building foundational strength, gymnastics, and endurance.Designed to graduate you into one of the competitive paths when you're ready.
Skill Development Path
For intermediate athletes bridging the gap between general fitness and Rx-level competition.Builds the skill, strength, and structure to excel in the Open and eventually move into the Compete Path.
Compete Path (Rx)
For athletes proficient in all CrossFit skills looking to push their capacity across the board.Includes RX+ options for those chasing the top 1% in the Open, plus Elite options for Semifinal and Games-level athletes training multiple sessions per day.
Masters Path
For age-group competitors targeting the Masters Semifinals.Balances intensity, recovery, and competitive readiness to maximize performance as you age.
Lower Volume Path
Short on time or energy? Each session runs under an hour but stays aligned with the main cycle.Same goals, same progressions — just compressed.
Strength Bias Path
Pure strength development — volume, hypertrophy, and targeted accessory work.Runs parallel to the main TTT Compete cycle minus the conditioning and metcons.
Endurance Path
Build your engine.Focused on ergs, running, and aerobic capacity. Great as a standalone or stacked on top of your CrossFit training.

Can I switch paths after I subscribe?
Absolutely. Your subscription includes every path. Switch whenever you want — your programming updates automatically in the app.
What equipment do I need?
Standard CrossFit affiliate equipment — barbells, bumper plates, pull-up bar, box, wall ball, kettlebells, dumbbells, rower, and assault bike/ski erg. Some sessions use rings and ropes.
I'm a beginner — is this too advanced?
Not at all. Our Beginner Path is a 12-week program designed to build foundational strength, gymnastics, and endurance — then graduate you into one of the competitive paths.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. It's month-to-month with no commitment. Cancel anytime, no questions asked.
What if I miss the cycle start date?
No problem. You can jump in at any point during a cycle. Previous weeks are available in the app so you can go back and reference them, and you'll be fully synced by the time the next cycle starts.
