Full Program Breakdown
The Resurgence Cycle bridges the gap between base building and sport performance. Over 8 weeks, new training formats prepare athletes for lifting under fatigue, gymnastics-dense workouts, and longer conditioning — culminating in the Summer Sizzler gauntlet in Week 7.
CrossFit Games Week! Good luck to all TTT Indy, Masters, Teens, and Adaptive Athletes. Run/Burpee initial test.
Snatch Tech + "Nancy" benchmark on Monday.
Run/Burpee progression + Front Squat / Snatch / Deadlift percentage builds.
Bring a Friend Week! + "DT"-style partner ladder on Saturday.
Snatch progressions continue + Team of 3 — 35 min AMRAP on Saturday.
Heavy Jerks + "Grace" benchmark + Run/Burpee Week 6.
OHS / Clean / Jerk / Deadlift percentage builds + Sizzler Gauntlet community event.
Retest Week — Strict HSPU & Deadlift retesting + Run/Burpee retest.
Extra Credit (from TTT Compete): 30 min Max Cal Echo Bike endurance progressions + additional Olympic lifts & ring muscle-up progressions.
The Resurgence Cycle shifts from pure base building to a balanced approach touching pure strength, power expression, and strict gymnastics capacity. New formats include strength-based AMRAPs, complexes, and Monday Mash-ups.
Block formats, frequency, and overarching goals.
Alternates between Squat strength and Mash-ups with multiple squat variations combining strength + conditioning.
Gymnastics skills with a bias every other week toward Strict HSPU to train for the 5-min AMRAP test.
Olympic Lifting day — snatches and clean & jerks in varied formats: complexes, positional lifts, or percentage work.
A weeks: Upper body pulling strength. B weeks: More time for longer conditioning.
Consistent deadlift focus throughout the cycle, leading to a 1RM test at the end.
Overflow strength day focused on bodybuilding and core strength to complement the weekly partner workout.
Fitness Path Notes: Tuesdays shift to strict DB pressing and strict gymnastics. Wednesdays replace Olympic lifting with power and explosive training for a similar stimulus without the complexity.
Conditioning formats, time domains, and tests/retests.
Building toward the Summer Sizzler competition across all TTT programs. This year's format is a gauntlet of tests on a running clock. A major focus is the Run/Burpee test "Beebop and Runsteady" — a long endurance test overlapping with TTT Compete.
⚠️ The format below follows a rotating schedule — conditioning pieces will not fall on these exact days every week.
Alternating between mid-range (10–15 min) intervals and Mash-ups.
A week: Run/Burpee progression
B week: Gymnastic skill metcons / intervals
Rotating between classic CF chippers and AMRAPs.

Hinge & posterior chain strength work — build resilience in the trunk and lower body during the deadlift cycle.
Olympic lifting progressions from TTT Compete's strength bias cycle for members wanting extra Oly work.
Movement & Mobility Path by on-site PT and coach Kyle Habdo. Rotates: front rack/shoulder rotation, squat, ankle mobility, and wrist/forearm stretching.
Ring muscle-up drills — improve body positions in the kip, and strength through the bottom of the dip and top of the lockout.
Horizontal press strength inspired by TTT Bodybuilding Path — dumbbell and barbell benching, push-up volume, and a legendary pump.
Strength & conditioning focus for the everyday gym goer.
A blend of general strength training, bodybuilding, athleticism, endurance work, movement-friendly CrossFit workouts, and Hyrox sessions. Can be used as a standalone program or as a supportive resource to the Main Path.
